The Fiserv Output Solutions (FOS) division of Fiserv is seeking a Director, Human Resources who will partner with FOS leaders and provide strategic HR leadership in support of its organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities of the "Director, Human Resources" include leading human resources programs, including transformation and change management, talent acquisition and development, performance and compensation management, succession planning, associate engagement, employee relations, and organizational design and development. The position will also collaborate with senior HR leaders to drive and deliver on strategic HR priorities focused on creating competitive advantage, building business leader capability, and ensuring an effective and efficient HR service delivery model. Reporting Relationships: * Reports To: VP, HR - Fiserv Output Solutions Essential Job Responsibilities: * Provide leadership and partner with management to drive programs and processes in support of the associate and leader life cycle. Lead effective human resources programs and processes, using metrics to evaluate progress, and taking actions as appropriate to achieve improvement. Identify and evaluate internal and external talent to build organizational bench strength and create competitive advantage, while providing compelling growth opportunities for associates. * Partner with client group leaders on the talent review process and the creation of development plans for leaders and associates within the group. * Drive the performance management and compensation review processes for client groups, ensuring consistency and appropriate rigor for talent calibration and succession planning. * Collaborate in the development and implementation of Fiserv-wide human resources programs and initiatives in support of organizational priorities.
