We are looking for a HR Marketing & Recruiting Specialist to join our international team in RWE Supply & Trading (RWEST) on a permanent basis. The role is based in our headquarter in Essen (Germany), with some travel to our core offices in the UK. This newly created position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Marketing & Recruiting specialist to join an international leading energy trading house which is in a period of growth. A major responsibility for the team you're joining is to further develop and propel the employer branding strategy and identify activities that support the recruitment needs of the business. HR Marketing: * Develop HR Marketing strategies & concepts for the corporate RWE business and create a plan of marketing activities that support the business development * Shape RWE's value proposition and establish a compelling and consistent brand * Drive a digital engagement strategy that promotes RWE's employer brand through the careers website and online marketing to improve the reach and attractiveness of RWE as an employer of choice * Manage recruitment-focused social media campaigns across all channels and appropriate portals * Consider the wider market to seek best practice and measure the success or opportunities available for RWEST and RWE to ensure we continue to improve attraction, career agility and diversity to attract and retain the best candidates * Create engaging and creative merchandise and marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, videos and other online tools * Plan and coordinate RWE's attendance at external events such as fairs and university events * Steer external suppliers & service providers (agencies) independently to ensure timelines and budgets * Collaborate with other HR representatives within RWE in order to represent RWE's business by executing group wide marketing initiatives * Work closely with the global HR team to support any international activity when required Recruiting: * Manage, coordinate and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns globally by building brand awareness, thus allowing us recruiting to happen on a much wider scale * Gather market insight and examine hiring trends in anticipation of the business' response to labour market changes * Endeavour to develop strategies and processes that utilise appropriate sources in order to cover all possible talent pools available to the business * Ensure a positive candidate journey for our target audiences * Diagnose issues and present solutions for critical areas with data driven approach Relationships: * Manage internal stakeholders to ensure there is buy in from the business, also across companies within RWE and that all activities have senior sponsor assistance * Develop strong relationships and manage challenging conversations across all levels * Manage various 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders in all process & development cycles * Work cross-functionally with the wider HR team to ensure efficient processes Your powerful skills * Strong HR marketing background with an integrated background across digital and social & brand build * Previous experience and a significant proven track record in a similar position is essential, ideally in a fast paced international commercial business environment * Proven market insight and up to date knowledge of marketing best practice in relation to creative marketing opportunities * In depth understanding of project & stakeholder management * Strong levels of self-drive and 'can do' attitude, ability to work independently * A confident and first class communicator with excellent presentation skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complex information * An innovative and creative individual who can research and implement different routes to markets in a pragmatic and resilient manner * Understanding of business strategy and local business plans and structure * Proven collaborative, relationship management, networking and influencing skills * Ability to work cross-functionally in teams, also across companies within RWE * Has a desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo * Ability to multi-task * Willingness to travel Benefits you can rely on At RWE, you will find all the advantages of a large technology group.
