Job Title: Compliance Supervisor
Salary: £30,153 - £32,486 a year
Job Type: Permanent - Full time- 37 hours per week
Compliance Supervisor - About the job:
Do you have mechanical knowledge and experience of managing technicians / M.O.T inspectors? And knowledge of vehicle operator license rules. If yes we want to hear from you.
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our future-facing Council within the Fleet Transport department where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
You'll be responsible for monitoring the performance of service delivery against projected objectives, plans and targets detailing recommendations to ensure continuous improvement to the service is achieved.
You'll also perform the role of Quality Management Representative and prepare, implement and monitor Quality Procedures and Processes to ensure Fleet Transport provides an efficient and effective service to its customers.

Compliance Supervisor - About you:
We are looking for someone who enjoys monitoring to see excellent results and making contributions to benefit self-development and the morale of a friendly team by leading them to follow plans and targets.
You'll have the opportunity to use your experience of quality management systems and processes in relation to vehicle maintenance and inspection to supervise and drive your team to success.
We ask that you have an understanding and good knowledge of the 'Operator Licensing' requirements for commercial vehicles and good knowledge of Quality Management Procedures and Processes.
