We are looking for a Digital Account Manager (Sales) to work for a Digital Media Agency in Manchester

Digital Account Manager

One of the fastest growing digital agencies in the North West, we are on the lookout for a digital account manager to become a part of our fantastic team and support the ongoing expansion of the business as a whole. This role will be vital in delivering strong sales, managing client expectations, cultivating long-term relationships, and helping shape our future. You will take wholesale ownership of crafting and putting into practice digital sales techniques, a comprehensive sales strategy, with the role being pivotal in generating customer success, satisfaction and loyalty.

What you are and will be doing:

Digital Account Manager duties, responsibilities & requirements

  • Generate new outbound leads via your own methods
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Investigate and determine clients wants and needs by taking through briefs
  • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
  • Creation of digital proposals to deliver
  • Presentation and delivery of such strategies and proposals to clients in response to a brief
  • Always work towards those goals
  • Analyse effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
  • Daily communication with delivery teams to ensure campaign performance and client satisfaction
  • Regular client check-ins and communication to develop and maintain relationships
  • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
  • Prepare and present reports on their progress
  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
  • Present and deliver strategies and proposals to clients in response to a brief
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of web development processes and operations, SEO practices, Google, Bing, Facebook and Instagram ads and social media management
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
