Brand Energy have an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR Coordinator to join the organisation.

Brand Energy & Infrastructure is a premier provider of integrated specialty services - our extensive portfolio of specialised industrial service offerings include scaffolding, coatings, insulation, formwork and specialty mechanical services.

As the HR Coordinator, you will provide proactive HR services to support achievement of business objectives on site. You will facilitate all day to day operational HR requirements and coordinate HR processes, programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

- Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations & industrial relations issues
- Liaise with managers on recruitment needs - place adverts and participate in the interview process
- Support employee life cycle. Manage all HR processes such as recruitment, starters, leavers, employment changes, etc
- Support the site with any tribunal claims
- Provide support and guidance to managers on redundancies and restructures and assist in the process
- Complete all HR administration paperwork and data collation connected to the site
- Work closely with managers to discuss and resolve people management issues
- Assist with training requirements for the site supporting the implementation of a training matrix
- Support managers in identifying development needs and opportunities
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback
- Participate in and/or manage projects that arise for the business group and for the central HR team

Skills & Experience Required:

- Experience of working in similar role. CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be beneficial
- Experience of working in a busy & demanding HR environment, with the ability to adapt
- Previous experience of working with Trade Unions
- Previous experience of working within construction is desirable but not essential
- Able to multi-task and respond to queries efficiently and in a timely manner
- Organised and self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships
- Approachable with strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience of coaching and guiding others, along with sound administration skills
- Driving Licence / own transport essential
