Basic salary up £22,000.00 and realistic OTE of up to £30,000.00

The Role

Due to our ambitious and realistic growth plans gap personnel group have rare opportunities to join our business as a business development executive. This is an office based position in which you will be prospecting large and mid-size companies who have a strategic need for a managed service provision to support temporary recruitment requirements.

The role is purely sales in which you will be expected to carry out 100% phone and social media activity. Your focus will be to appoint meetings for our experienced team who will then aim to win business across the industrial recruitment sectors and coordinate the delivery of our superb managed service provision.

This position is a targeted role in which a high degree of energy, passion and genuine interest in industrial operations will get you far!

It's whether you can demonstrate the ability to:

* Identify a sales opportunity through a variety of channels;
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of commercial awareness and the importance of being ahead of the competition;
* Possess the ability to influence with integrity and develop meaningful long-lasting relationships through rapport building.

* Be results driven and goal orientated;
* Have excellent organisational and time management skills;

* Protect the image, reputation and awareness of the gap personnel branch in the local market;
* Booking appointment with Key decision makers across the managed service industrial recruitment sector;
* Market researching and lead generation;
* Building and maintaining a sustainable database;
* Co-ordinating sales and marketing activity;
* Using an in-house system to track activity;
