We are recruiting for a Blue Chip Prestige employer, in the Leeds area, where attention to detail, presentation and customer Service is paramount. This is a multi functional role which is not just office bound. You will come from an Motor industry parts background already at managerial level or a senior advisor looking for the next step up. Working to tight deadlines you must have a flexible approach to work, be a team player and great communicator, along with a strong desire to deliver and succeed within the role. You will be responsible to cover all aspects of the department to ensure it runs smoothly, with a focus on making sure that the dealership is maintaining the correct stock profile to meet the needs of the business and in doing so having a great first-time pick. This is NOT a normal parts department, you will be dealing with prestige bespoke suppliers all over the country and you will need therefore to process excellent organisational skills to ensure that all the different lead times are taken into account to ensure correct parts availability. You must be able to: - Identify, order, receive and locate parts correctly Manage lead times efficiently and accurately Deliver stock to the various workshops Accurately identify, locate and pick parts Forecast Stock levels and stock turn Minimise obsolete Be able to pre-pick within required time frames Deliver exceptional levels of customer service both internally and externally Develop the business and increase profit by maximising incremental sales opportunities On offer is a chance to work for a market leading prestige company who are offering a great package which is Circa £32000 DOE.
