Tailored Lending Solutions Consultant - Family Office Solutions Group

As a Tailored Lending Solutions Consultant in the Family Office Solutions Group (FOSG), you partner with Private Wealth Advisors to proactively engage Family Office Ultra High Net Worth clients and prospects with net worth of $100mm and above. You will work directly with Private Wealth Advisors, clients and prospects to deliver lending solutions for clients in both Tailored Lending and other Banking Products. The role will focus on the UHNW Family Office client segment, supporting the team's objective of growing relationships in this segment.
• Deliver Tailored Lending and Banking Products expertise by working closely with Private Wealth Advisors and their UHNW clients.
• Negotiate, structure and execute complex lending and banking transactions while considering client needs, balance sheet requirements and the competitive environment
• Introduce potential new products tailored to this segment
• Develop key partnerships throughout the firm to cultivate extensive knowledge of the UBS Lending and Banking products platform and uncover lending opportunities
• Establish strategic objectives based on client needs
• Maintain a close working relationship with functional team and Credit Risk Control group in order to keep up with current policies
You will be part of the newly created Family Office Solutions Group (FOSG), comprising senior products experts from different areas and dedicated to serving 100m+ clients. You will partner with Private Wealth Advisors to proactively engage UHNW clients and prospects. While being part of FOSG, you will report to and remain part of the Tailored Lending Solutions team having a dual reporting lines into head of FOSG and your IPS product head.
