Interim HR Business Partner - Hospitality

Our client is a well known and forward thinking hospitality brand and they are looking for a strong commercial HR Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis initially for 3-6 months. Due to a gap in the team they are looking for someone immediately to join them with a strong knowledge of hospitality or retail industry. The HR BP for this role will be concentrating on partnering with the hospitality group as well as building their brand and culture and attracting talent into the business. The successful individual will be a generalist who has experience in recruitment and cultural change. Key duties: Training and Development - Provide leadership and coaching to the business, build talent management to ensure that people plans are executedEngagement - Recognition and career development cultureRecruitment - Manage the resourcing for the client group and for all operations, ensure there is a strong source of candidates for the business and drive and build internal talent pipelinePartner - Partner closely with the Operations and Business Managers to drive strong business results, build capability within the group, work with the ER team to deal with issues and challengesManage the pay reviews across the region, bonus programme and implement compensation and benefits strategy The HR Business Partner will have worked within a multi site business and understand the complexity and challenges of a business is set up in this way. Ideally we would be looking for an individual who has been working in a field based role or have had experience in this way of working and have flexibility on travel. This role is working for a fast paced organisation and will need to have the following experience This role will be required to travel across the UK and work remotely. You will be required in the head office 1-2 times per week based in Woking but will be able to manage your workload and work autonomously.
