To start ASAPA fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator within a well-known brand, based in Woking, Surrey, to start ASAP! The successful HR Administrator will join a small, close knit and outgoing team, initially on a 3 month FTC with the view to permanent, with excellent benefits.The HR Administrator will report directly to the Head of HR and will suit a strong HR Administrator/ Assistant to take ownership of all generalist HR duties for all Head Office employees.Duties will include but are not limited to:Track and record new startersChase, upload, and file all compliance details for new startersProcess all new starters, leavers and offer lettersManaging monthly reportingFirst point of contact for all HR queries including maternity and paternity queriesManage VISA's and employee sponsorshipManaging the HR inboxKey skills/Experience required:Experience within a HR Administrator position (approx 2 years minimum is desirable)Aptitude for data, and ability to pull information into reportsExcellent attention to detailHighly organised and ability to prioritise workloadConfidence in stakeholder managementEnjoys a fast-paced, creative environmentAs this is an interim role initially, you must be available immediately or at short notice to be considered.
