Senior HR Advisor - Absence Management

Your new role
This is a discreet project where you will work alongside the HR leadership team and line-managers throughout the department. You will first analyse data on absence to identify any patterns or quick win areas, working closely with the team you will focus on understanding the reasons behind raised levels of absence. Based on the findings, you will then support managers in understanding how they can better manage absence in their teams and help them to develop interventions and support mechanisms for staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a HR Advisor or Manager with proven experience in working with managers to impact on their absence levels. Experience in working in the NHS would be advantageous but not essential.
What you'll get in return
This is a 3 month contract to begin with, it will be on an hourly rate with weekly pay and will be equivalent of £30,147 salary.
