Annapurna are recruiting a Payroll, Benefits and Global Mobility Specialist for a large Financial Services business based in London.This role will act as a key member of the central HR team and will be responsible for processing Payroll and Benefits. You will be responsible for ensuring data is correct on the system e.g. starters and leavers and also liaise with different vendors regarding global mobility costs. Duties: Preparation of Monthly payrolls for review. Ensure that all HR procedures regarding payroll and benefits are followed.Relocation expenses for new starters.You will also be responsible for key projects surrounding global mobility, payroll and benefits. Manage and ensure all data relating to payroll is correct for ADP outsourced payroll function. SkillsStrong Payroll legislation awareness, experience with the systems SAP and ADP software is highly desirable. Strong excel skills (V-Lookups + Pivot tables) High levels of attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an exciting business with a great team. Salary is paying between £50,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits.
