UX and Optimisation Manager at Aldermore work within our Corporate Affairs department to promote, protect and enhance our reputation, managing both internal and external communications. As part of this team, you'll play a key role in keeping stakeholders and key influencers informed and engaged, and ensuring our mission is understood. The Role

To lead UX design and development with the aim of creating excellent digital experiences for customers and visitors to (url removed) (and other centrally owned digital assets), using data to drive all design and development decisions and to personalize experiences.

To develop an optimization strategy that ensures digital assets meet ambitious performance targets, working directly with stakeholders, team members and external agency partners to maximise CRO, using best practice techniques.

* Work across a diverse range of projects and stakeholders
* Deliver across the full UX spectrum of strategy, insight, innovation, creation, testing and optimisation
* Understand customer needs, perform competitive analysis, user testing and develop insight to aid in the development of the digital experience strategy and inform design decisions
* Visualise concepts to represent user journeys, personas, goals and information models
* Conceptualize and in partnership with UI designers, develop design solutions, wireframes and interactive prototypes to depict proposed functionality to customers. Ensure solutions are robust, well thought out and that design decisions have been based on best practice, facts and evidence
* Guide stakeholders, developers and project managers in all aspects of design and UX processes
* Work with the Data Science team and third party CRO agencies to develop testing and optimisation plans to further improve design performance
* Gather user feedback via A/B and Multivariant testing, surveys, session replay analysis and usability feedback
* Manage the optimisation programme. proposing testing opportunities and data-driven changes to the website
* Reporting & insights on results of tests once complete
* Supplier management
* Manage relationships with marketing business partners to manage and prioritise change
* Develop and drive forward the roadmap for digital development and optimisation and assist with project work

The Person

The ideal candidate with have detailed working knowledge of a CMS and you will need to have a proven track record of optimizing website journeys / site performance.
