Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company as a Customer Service Advisor

The successful candidate will have a strong customer focus and positive attitude to handle all calls, incidents and complaints effectively and compliantly.

Responsibilities:

Ensure new customer applications are processed correctly
Deal effectively with complaints and incidents
Order processing
Inbound and outbound calls
Handle calls and emails promptly and effectively
Anticipate customer requirements, recognise possible opportunities and take active steps to satisfy customers needs
Ensure professional standards at all times

Required:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Customer focus
Customer Service Experience
Positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team
