Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Fareham based offices.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and exciting work environment, supporting our vibrant team in their search for the right candidates for our clients!
What you'll be doing:
* Reviewing CVs & Applications
* Speaking to candidates as intital assessment of suitability for roles
* CV searching
* Advertising new positions across platforms
* Attending occasional client & candidate meetings
This role offers plenty of opportunity for progression as the business continues to grow, with the chance to train as a full Recruitment Consultant as you develop in your role.
