HR Business Partner

eSift are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner, on behalf of our client, a global organisation specialising in the security industry.

Location: Central and South West Regions

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 plus benefits + car/allowance

Location: Flexible with regular travel across the UK - Please note that overnight stays will be required due to the territory

Within this role, you will be responsible for providing HR support to Central & South West Regions as well as the Head Office functions (based in Surrey).

The role focuses on value added services and maintaining and developing HR policy and systems consistent with the HR strategy and current legislations. The role will require close liaison with the Regional Operations Directors and Heads of Department within the Regions and business Centres (where appropriate) to achieve business objectives.

You will participate in HR projects as they arise, work with the development, H&S and payroll teams, work with operational management teams and ensure a positive employee lifecycle commencing with onboarding.

You will support internal processes to identify potential and/or developmental needs to ensure the company's best people are developed and retained through a structured succession management process.

Other core responsibilities include providing the business with a robust and consistent HR service, providing HR input to tenders and customer contracts, raising management performance through coaching and building close, open and honest relationships with Directors, Heads Of and Regional Managers, acting as a true business partner.

To be successful, you will have/be;

Significant generalist HR experience at senior level
Experience of disciplinary/grievance/redundancy and ill health issues
A well-developed knowledge and understanding of employment law and best practice within HR
Experience of developing HR policies and processes
Well organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
Preferably CIPD graduate qualified
Confident to deal with all levels of the organisation
Experience of working professionally in a highly confidential environment
A flexible approach to travel as frequent commute will be required around the UK as well as frequent overnight stays
