About the role.
This is a key role in the HR department managing the recruitment process to help attract the best candidates by providing an innovative and customer focused recruitment service. The role involves a wide variety of recruitment tasks, from drawing up advertisements, arranging and sitting on interview panels, to the arrangement of recruitment events. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in an established HR team and develop the recruitment provision. This is a chance to embed your recruitment ideas into the company culture and make the process and experience outstanding for all involved. In this role you will play a key part in how recruitment is marketed so will have frequent interaction with the marketing team. You will also manage a small team incorporating a Recruitment Administrator and an Internal Recruiter.
Have you got what it takes?
You will be challenged daily to work effectively with HR colleagues and managers across the RNN Group, providing a full range of recruitment support. You will need to be innovative and creative with a passion for recruitment and a full understanding of what makes a great candidate journey.
It is essential that you have recent and extensive experience of working in a recruitment/resourcing role along with a detailed knowledge of how best to market recruitment. Ideally you will also have experience of managing a small team. A qualification in recruitment or willingness to working towards this is essential, as is good IT literacy and good communication skills.
