An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual, with previous experience as a Receptionist and Administrator to join our team. The post holder will provide reception and administration support for all the services that operate out of the Brandon Centre.
The post will be based in the reception area at the Brandon Centre. Post holders will be involved in the meet and greet of young people accessing the Centre for sexual health services and psychotherapy/counselling, and helping the teams ensure the smooth running of clinic services.
They will also be available to assist with other administrative tasks related to centre wide management as detailed in the job description, which include facilities management and data management.
We are looking for friendly and efficient candidates with previous experience of working in a busy, client facing environment, who will ensure service users feel welcome at our centre. You should have excellent ICT, communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Shift patterns are subject to change but typically are a mix of 9am - 4.30pm or 11.45am - 7.15pm across the week on an 8 week rota.
