HR and Recruitment Administrator

Full Time (or Job Share would be considered)

Epsom College is a co-educational day and boarding school with approximately 900 pupils aged 11-18.

The College is seeking to appoint a full time HR and Recruitment Administrator who will be responsible to the Senior HR Administrator to support the HR Department in the provision of HR and recruitment services across the school.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with a HR matters, such as coordinating interviews, booking meetings rooms, induction arrangements, carrying out recruitment checks, and being the first point of contact for staff HR queries.

While experience of working within a School or regulated environment is preferable, candidates with the required skills should not be put off from applying. Above all, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to implement effective administration processes across the HR and Recruitment function.
