Head of Transformation Office
As the Head of Transformation Office, you'll lead a small but highly trained team to assure delivery of the UK&I transformation plan so we are able to manage, track and deliver for our colleagues & customers. You'll work closely with ExCo, Group Leadership Team (GLT) and directly to the Transformation Director to help shape, drive and facilitate our ambitious and exciting transformation. Key responsibilities:

•Take overall responsibility for the key activities of the Transform Office that relate to delivery assurance, value realisation, governance cadence and reporting for the Transformation Programme
•Manage the governance process and cadence of the Transform Office on behalf of the Transformation Director
•Manage the day-to-day transformation delivery assurance provided by the Transform Office, heading up a team of 4 delivery assurance team members, with a focus on driving towards the delivery of key milestones
•Manage the evaluation and tracking of transformation value realisation, working with value realisation lead, providing support and advice
•Oversee the governance cadence and reporting of the Transform Office, Cascade decisions and outcomes to relevant stakeholders upwards (Transformation Director, ExCo) and support empowered decision-making downwards across workstreams and wider business
Skills & experience required:

•Extensive experience of leading a business through change and transformation for long term sustainability, stimulating others to make change happen, actively sponsoring new business critical changes
•The ability to communicate change effectively across the whole business, communicating organisational strategic goals explaining rationale and role modelling a range of influencing styles to interact with all business functions
•Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to promote the long-term interests of the company, be highly visible and engage people at all levels, anticipating the future and motivating the business to embrace change
•A key focus for achieving results, interpreting strategic objectives and making tough decisions to deliver the right change to provide a clear framework for delivery
•Exceptional people management skills and be an impactful leader who drives a high performing change team and culture across the organisation, leads from the front, anticipating the future and motivating the business to embrace change
•A high level of business acumen, commercially viewing the organisation at an enterprise level to understand opportunities and threats across the external market and the interdependencies of functions to maximise opportunity.
•A strong customer focus reinforcing the customer first, understanding future markets, customer behaviours and requirements to influence strategy
