The ideal candidate will have experience of running a high-volume temporary labour supply desk such as Construction Trades, Industrial, Driving, Social Care or Catering & Hospitality. The client is happy to look at candidates from different recruitment markets as they will mentor and training will be provided on the the technical side of construction, the main experience required is that you'll be used to working in a high-volume/tempo market where your activity is the key to your success!
The role will involve supplying the companies clients with temporary construction trades such as Bricklayers, Plasterers, Labourers, Carpenters, Painters & Decorators on building sites for long to short-term contracts. Your day to day routine has variety such as filling vacancies, interviewing candidates, office administration, client site visits, Head Office meetings with clients, Account Management visiting your recruitment contact and candidates to maintain a service that the company expects to grow your business. Therefore, if you like a role which 'every day is different' this is the job for you! Also, in terms of hours it's a Monday-Friday role with no-weekend/on-call requirements.
