SPDR ETFs Capital Markets Specialist

Serve as a member of the State Street SPDR ETFs Capital Markets team.
Help increase the quality and presence of liquidity provision for State Street SPDR ETFs in the primary and secondary markets.
Assist other members of the State Street SPDR ETFs Capital Markets team in their daily tasks, interacting with clients, Authorized Participants and market makers.
Assist SPDR ETFs Sales globally in Capital Markets and trading/liquidity related questions.
Work with SPDR ETFs Strategy team on presentations and marketing materials.
Attend client and industry functions representing Capital Markets.
Prior experience in an ETF Capital Markets role would be highly preferable.
Maintain and build systems for the monitoring of on screen markets for all EMEA SPDR UCITS ETF listings throughout the trading day.
Build and maintain analytical tools to deliver enhanced trading cost metrics and MIS for use by management and client facing teams.
This individual will be instrumental in helping SSGA client-facing teams to close client business and respond to client inquiries.
Create and distribute regular content to State Street SPDR ETFs strategic partners and Distribution teams across EMEA.
Serve as a contact for Exchanges and engage in frequent dialogue on secondary market trading.
Assist with primary market trading, gaining expertise in all operational nuances of State Street SPDR ETFs
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Capital Markets, Product Development, Operations, State Street Global Advisors Investment Teams) to ensure the needs of market makers and Authorized Participants are taken into account when developing products and changes to Primary Markets models.
Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure information is communicated in a timely, efficient and compliant manner to the trading community.
Education & Experience:
Understanding and experience of ETF ecosystem and product construction, including creation/redemption process, settlement, comparison to other Delta One products either from an ETF Issuer or at a broker/dealer or market maker.
Prior work experience in Capital Markets at an Issuer or prior experience as a Delta One or Derivatives Salesperson or Trader.
Specific Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
Strong Excel knowledge and experience, VBA skills a big plus

Good technical ability with some investment industry knowledge
