Sous Chef / Line Cook

- Food preparation including sandwich making and bakery items
- Maintain kitchen inventory
- Basic cleaning end of day, bussing and dishes
- Ensuring freshness of food and ingredients
- Developing new seasonal menu items
- Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards
- Assist in inventory
- Experience preparing Vietnamese or café food preferred but not required
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to obtain a CA food handlers certificate
- Availability between Tuesday to Sunday 6am to 2pm or 12pm to 8pm.
