Responsibilities

  • Food preparation including sandwich making and bakery items
  • Maintain kitchen inventory
  • Basic cleaning end of day, bussing and dishes
  • Ensuring freshness of food and ingredients
  • Developing new seasonal menu items
  • Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards
  • Assist in inventory

Key Requirements:

  • Experience preparing Vietnamese or café food preferred but not required
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to obtain a CA food handlers certificate
  • Availability between Tuesday to Sunday 6am to 2pm or 12pm to 8pm.
