Our client is a global promotional marketing and merchandising agency and when we say global we mean global as they have 70 offices spread across the world so can deliver in real time.

Due to being based in so many countries they are able to provide tailored local market knowledge and solutions and yet execute them across a global network, which in turn makes this business one of the leaders in their field.

Our client is looking for a Global Senior Account Manager due to an exciting new client win.

You will confidently work with the Global Client Services Director to deliver the best solutions for our clients.

You will be providing the pivotal link between client and agency. Responsible for managing internal resource and budgets, while ensuring strategy is right and ideas are set free. The role is crucial to maintaining client relationships, which is fundamental to the agency's lasting success.

Your responsibilities will be broad and varied, and you'll be at the center of the project, both internally and with the client. You'll take a client-centric approach and work hard to bring together the client and agency, at all levels, to ensure delivery of their very best work. Proactive, daily liaison with your clients will develop, nurture and grow strong relationships and deliver profitable projects. You will be knowledgeable and passionate about creativity and promotional or integrated marketing, confident in giving strategic input and active in growing our business.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Account Manager:

  • Program Management- responsibility for achieving our business and client's deliverables alongside the Global CSD.
  • Global Co-ordination-ensuring that our teams are adhering to the global and/or regional requirements and objectives.
  • Team Work- working closely with the head office and local and regional teams to deliver high class standard of program management.

Although your official base will be in Luton you will be expected to spread your time between Luton, London and client locations. Therefore you must be comfortable with travel.

To be considered as a Senior Account Manager you must have:

Previous experience working either at Senior Account Manager level or as an Account Manager ready to take the next step within a B2C Integrated or Promotions Agency.

Some experience with, and strong appreciation for, Promotional Materials however the focus of this multi-facetted role is client and licensee management, coordination and communication across diverse countries regionally and globally.

You will have the ability to manage multiple programs at any one time, be into the detail and able to confidently manoeuvre across a variety of clients, projects and deadlines on a daily basis across diverse international markets

In return for your skills and experience our client is offering a competitive salary ranging between £40-45k, designed to attract candidates of the highest calibre.
