As we enter a new era following a multimillion pound extensive renovation, we are looking for a determined Reception Manager to drive the Reception team, ensuring proactive and effective strategies are driven to both meet and exceed our guest's expectations and reopen this grand property to position us as the premier hotel in London.

As the Reception Manager you will be managing the entire reception team and making sure you are an ambassador for the guests, establishing and developing relations to create a personalised touch to encourage their return and provide effective support for the team.

You will be responsible for promoting a climate of teamwork and motivation through providing training to all members of the team to consistently develop them.

Supervising the operation of check in and check out, along with handling all guest comments, enquiries and complaints will also fall under your remit.
