Part Time HR Manager

We are looking to recruit for a client based in Manchester city centre for a Part Time HR candidate. The business is within the property and construction sector and is going through a period of growth but at the moment are still fairly small with only 55 employees. The business currently does have somebody who looks after basic level HR admin and also has a legal partner to support on employee matters but is now looking to hire somebody in-house to cover a full generalist position on a part-time basis.
The business has a range of employees which ranges from blue-collar construction type employees to more white-collar workers including lettings, procurement, marketing, finance and construction of white-collar workers. They do have plans to grow the business by a further 25 heads over the next 12 - 18 months as well. In terms of the role, you will be required to provide a full generalist support and end to end process including all HR admin all the way through to more complex ER issues and partnering the hiring managers.
The ideal candidate
CIPD level 5 or above Ideally experience of working within a smaller SME environment and if you have experience of setting up new HR function this would also be attractive. Construction type backgrounds would be again an added value
The role comes with a benefits package which will include 25 days holiday, Healthcare, pension 6%.
