You will be working in a busy modern office in a hands-on role; responsible for undertaking the administrative functions for a prestigious law firm. This position will require a high level of customer service when completing tasks such as reprographics, binding and finishing documents, computer and data related tasks, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and file management. You will thrive in this role if you are flexible, committed, energetic, and a team player. The customer is at the heart of everything we do so being able to demonstrate that you are customer focused and understand a quality service is key. In order to be successful you will need to love all the small print and show exceptional attention to detail.
