This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to join a successful employment and dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload consisting of a wide range of general and commercial litigation matters, while actively participating in business development.
• Contentious commercial property
• Contentious probate
• TOLATA claims
• Residential possession work
• Representing clients at hearings
• Supporting other members of the team with dispute resolution matters when requested
• Participating in business development
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of one year's PQE
• Excellence in communication both verbally and written is required
• Ideally, you will be a strong team player with the ability to work individually under own initiative
• You will able to explain complex matters in clear, empathetic language
• Supervisory experience is advantageous
• Access to your own transport is essential as some travel to an additional nearby office will be occasionally required
