Proceed with purchase requisitions delivered by the commercial packages of other projects
Create Purchase Orders according to the Procurement Guideline
Regular upload of documents via Document Management System ThinkProject
Selection of the right file code
Spread important information/documents to the team and support the Document Manager with new ideas for the Document Management System
Upload of Procurement-related documents in the SAP-system
Physical archiving of documents with support of Document Managers
Assisting the Procurement Manager/team in the project's daily operations
Matriculated student at an university; course of studies like business economics, industrial engineering etc.
Skilled in MS Office (word, excel, power point etc.)
Able to work exactly and well structured
Interested in interdisciplinary working environment, highly motivated and being a team player
Fluent in German and English
