Your Responsibilities:
Do you thrive in a fast- paced environment? Do you want to work in an exciting team supporting senior stakeholders? This is a new role supporting the Corporate Investigations Team from an admin perspective. This a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in the Investigations space who wants to grow and develop within a role. This role would suit an individual with experience working in a legal background in an admin support function.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Corporate Investigations Team. Schedule, arrange and monitor diary appointments, ensuring effective time management. Organise logistics for meetings (visitors, catering etc), conferences and events whilst adhering to the meetings policies, liaising with internal/ external parties

• Manage the relationship between the Corporate Investigations Team and the Centralised Admin Support Team.

• Co-ordinate extensive and complex international travel including preparation of itineraries and collation of documentation. Process necessary visa applications and ensure travel vaccination guidelines are met. Produce all types of documentation including preparation of materials in advance of regular key meetings.

• Being part of a wider Corporate Investigations Team Administrative function, assisting with project tasking within Corporate Investigations Team as the need arises

• Using GSK systems to complete expenses on time, manage invoices and raise purchase orders in an ERP system, update iTAG (holiday and absence management) and use Workday for HR activities.

• Provide a good knowledge of the following departmental areas:
- Departmental Shared areas - being custodian and giving support and access where necessary
- Team Site -being custodian and giving support and access where necessary
- One Note -being custodian and giving support and access where necessary
- Corporate Investigations Team Website
- Corporate Investigations Team Processes and Procedures
- Maintaining the Corporate Investigations Team Filing area. Ensuring housekeeping methods are followed and documents are filed in a timely manner.

• Providing general administration functions for Corporate Investigations Team. Managing a high volume workload proactively to a consistently high standard, by setting priorities, objectives and target dates. Identify process related issues, and propose recommendations for improvement
• Highly organised with the ability to mulit-task and prioritise workload
• You will be experienced in handling complex diary management
• A proactive attitude - you must be willing to learn and open to throwing yourself into tasks
• Comfortable and experienced in booking complex international travel using Concur
• Strong communication skills
