My client is a leading organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, who are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team on a temporary basis. This role requires an experienced HR Caseworker who can manage a busy caseload dealing with sickness absence, disciplinary, grievances and capability.

Duties and Responsibilities include:-

* Supporting Line Managers with short term and long term sickness absence cases
* Liaising with Occupational health with regards to referrals and appointments
* Support Managers through case management and dealing with ER issues including disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management, sickness absence management, redundancy, harmonisation, restructures, transformational change programmes, redeployment, TUPE
* Ensure Managers comply with HR policies and procedures
* Other ad hoc HR duties
