What to expect in the role?
As an exceptional Recruiter working in this Internal Recruitment job you will actively source the best talent from a host of different networking sites and job boards, working simultaneously on several job roles at any one time supporting recruitment across the company for a current headcount of just under 200. You will be more than just an internal recruiter as you will set and define the talent strategy, using innovative new ways to attract the best talent to the business
You will be candidate driven - reviewing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates maintaining regular communications with your talent pool throughout the process. You must be a pro at managing stakeholder relations, as your clients will be stakeholders within the business who you will need to control by setting expectations and update on the process timely and efficiently. Taking a collaborative approach will be the key to your success, working closely with line managers to ensure the right talent is sourced.
You will also be happy picking up a variety of projects which really help to improve brand recognition and talent attraction. On top of this you will manage the company PSL's and SLA's partnering with both agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process and great candidate experience
What are the expectations of you?
You will be a talented technical recruiter who can hit the ground running, improving, redesigning and redefining recruitment processes and capable of putting together effective talent mapping, attraction and succession strategies. You will enjoy having fun in the office, be a great communicator and a hands on people person. You will have the ability to multi task as you will be working on several jobs at any one time, managing a smooth process at all times. You will be comfortable recruiting for new offices as well as new countries and territories, you will be open and flexible, happy working in a family type environment.
