A Utility company based in North London is looking to recruit an all-round Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team.
The Administrator must be well organised, highly motivated, committed individual with excellent administration skills.
The successful candidate must possess excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
Dealing with timesheets and timesheet entry
Raising jobs and packs for Field Engineers
General administration tasks
Previous experience in a similar role
Must be well organised and able to prioritise work load
Possess good communication skills
Be able to work well under pressure and changing requirements
Accurate, good attention to detail is essential
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills; confidence in your ability to anticipate what is needed; flexibility and ability to use initiative.
