- Responding to Customer enquiries for quotes
- Preparation of quote in Sage
- Update CRM
- Sending quote to Customer
- Chasing up older quotes by phone (quote follow ups)
- Key Account Plans/Calls
- Receiving and check POs from Customers
- Prepare a Sales Order in Sage
- Updating Sage and sending SOC
- Checking Stock for order
- Booking in deliveries
- Dispatching orders from stock
- Ensuring delivery address/dates are correct
- Stock take
- Answering general queries
- Updating Sage - new customers, new suppliers, account changes
- Filing and general admin
- Answering phone and forwarding calls
- Answering door - ensuring parcels are logged and visitors sign in/out
- This role will make use of your previous experience in an administrative role. The suitable candidate will be:
- Friendly and personable.
- confident liaising with clients over the phone
- PC competent
- Highly organised
- Motivated and driven
- Have a professional attitude
- As we sell industrial networking products an interest in this technology and a willingness to learn about the products is essential
