The primary role of the Head of Learning and Development is to review, redevelop and lead the learning, training and development function in a company-wide capacity (approx.2000). providing direction and leadership to meet the business's growth goals. What is exciting about this opportunity is that the successful candidate will be able to shape and mould the learning function from a Greenfield starting point.
