JOB TITLE: Client Services Administrator (Financial Services)
LOCATION: Chippenham, Wiltshire
SALARY: To £18,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including bonus and pension
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our client is a leader in their field and have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join their head office team, on an initial 6 month contract.
As Client Services Administrator, you will provide excellent customer service to their clients, ensuring a variety of documentation is regularly reviewed and up to date, this will involve contacting a number of different internal departments as well as external organisations.
Experience of working within a corporate client or customer service role is essential and financial services experience would be preferred. With excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients and staff at all levels, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working accurately within defined processes, with a good eye for detail. You will also have good numeracy and literacy skills and IT proficiency (both Microsoft Word and Excel) with the ability to work and thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment. A genuine interest in a career in financial services would also be an advantage.
