At BrightPool we are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to provide a dedicated service to our highest profile client.
Reporting in to the Delivery Director, this role will be based in our Head Office in Central London and will be pivotal in achieving the overall growth aligned to the business strategy.

Having combined our Talent Consulting arm last year, we have a clear vision to provide market leading agile talent consulting and recruitment solutions that are insight led - expanding our proposition to other businesses and sectors that encompass more of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, whilst continuing to grow our legacy business.
Over the next three years the business is looking to move towards providing integrated agile RPO/MSP solutions for clients who want to work in partnership with a provider who gives them an augmented resourcing service without losing control of the strategic imperative of resourcing.
The purpose of this role is to manage the relationship of this key client providing a dedicated service and ensuring regular and consistent presence on site.
You will be our client's main point of contact for all resourcing needs and will assist in producing MI for the client as well as attending service reviews and stakeholder meetings.
You will work closely with the delivery teams in Harrogate and London to ensure that the resourcing solution is delivered seamlessly.
You will have demonstrable experience of working in a dedicated Account Management role within a high volume contract driven environment and have a passion and proven track record of offering a first-class service to both clients and candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- A proven track record as an Account Manager/Client Partner ideally within financial or professional services
- Contract/temp recruitment experience is essential
- Ideally some experience gained within an RPO/MSP environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), personable and able to engage current and prospective clients both face to face and over the phone
- Results/Outcome focused
- Able to work alone and as part of a wider team
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Powerpoint, Word and Excel
