You will be managing the day to day administrative tasks within the Division in support of the Finance Department, Funtional Heads and Recruiting Managers, the PA to the MD and the Regional HR Manager. This is a varied and busy role with a diverse remit and you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow.

You will be repsonsible for:
Recruitment Administration
Day to Day employee administration
Performance review process administration
Sickness Absence administration
Provisions of advice and guidance
Reporting to the regional HR Manager
Providing Ad Hoc support in the form of information gathering and updating excercises.

You will have:
Experience of working in an HR administrative role
Proficiency of MS office programmes and a good standard of written English
Ability to generate professional correspondance unaided
Good time managment skills
Ability to multi task and work efficiently under pressure
Excellent telephone skills
