Is your next career move to be with a fast-paced global company? If so, we have an exciting requirement for a B2C Marketing Manager on a 12-month contract basis, covering maternity leave.
The products here are incredible, so experience with a fun and trendy company is vital, understanding marketing a desirable product to a younger audience. You'll know what retailers need to reach as many customers as possible, and will know how to support them with the right collateral, communication and campaign information. You'll be the go-to support function for them, building a productive relationship with the retail partners as well as the agencies and other external stakeholders, so will adore meeting new people of all seniorities.
You'll certainly come from a B2C environment, and have a solid understanding of trade marketing to make this role a success. You'll have experience in building engagement in a fast-paced marketplace, and be well-versed in online and in-store marketing.
The campaigns used are attention-grabbing and creative, so you'll be comfortable managing multiple projects at once to keep the traction behind in-store and online campaigns, whilst keeping a keen eye on the budget too. It's a cross-functional role, needing someone flexible and adaptable to keep strong relationships with a multitude of employees and partners, as well as to keep ahead of consumer trends.
