Digital Sales Manager

£35-45k plus commission & benefits

This well-established company is famed for its innovation. Alongside its traditional portfolio they have steadily built an impressive digital presence.

Reporting to the Digital Director you will be responsible for delivering revenue targets by executing the digital sales strategy. You will need to command the respect of both clients and colleagues and demonstrate attributes including ownership of relationships and projects; be a strong team player and a professional with a proven ability to think creatively/strategically.

The role requires someone who is consistently proactive, hungry and energetic, but able to work within defined parameters and over-deliver on commitments.

  • Generate a strong sales pipe with an understanding of how to weight commercial opportunities.
  • Provide accurate quarterly and monthly forecast of performance against target.
  • Generate significant revenues from the large digital only depts. at the major agency networks
  • Originate and evolve digital media sales materials for use across all digital touch-points.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 year's digital sales experience.
  • Ideally contacts at Omincom but fleixble on this
  • Digital sales background, publisher experience -with a focus on content solutions
  • Ability to sell conceptually and consultatively.
  • Self -starting but recognition of when to ask for support.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical approach and sufficient experience with Microsoft programs
