Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk required immediately Duties include registering Purchase Ledger invoices and credit notes, maintenance and reconciliation of the supplier control accounts, reconciliation to supplier statements on a monthly basis, reconciliation of the inter-company accounts, timely processing of all late payment notices and legal claims and clearance of all items on a regular basis. Investigate/ solve purchase ledger queries, production of the weekly and monthly Bacs run, allocation of all payments on accounts, downloading, coding and posting all inter-company documentation,

You will have attention to de details, maintain accurate records, Logical and systematic, effective time management and comfortable working to targets and deadlines. Computer literacy, General accounts knowledge and background, Good Kerridge skills and previous Motor trade experience. Assignment for approximately 3 months
