We have partnered with a leading Midlands based housing provider for a Property Services Implementation Lead to sit within the Compliance function.
As a Property Services Implementation Lead you will gain an in depth understanding of the organisations Compliance function so you can help deliver a Dynamics implementation system.
Our client are a high performing Midlands based housing provider with exciting plans for further growth and improvement.
- Gather a detailed and in depth understanding of the compliance function
- Test the system so to identify suitable improvements and modifications
- Have overall responsibility for the process improvement projects within the team. Ensure that project management is carried out in a timely manner and key targets are delivered on time and within budget
- To ensure the team improve performance and service delivery standards in order to deliver a customer focused service plan which exceeds the expectations of customers and delivers a highly cost effective business model
The successful candidate will have an excellent track record in compliance - legionella, asbestos, fire, gas etc as well as project management experience.
This is a 12 month fixed term role with an outstanding package.
