Description

Based in north Manchester, this HR Manager role, reporting into the Head of HR, (within your business area) will be an operationally aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organizational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders.

You will have a focus on managing the ER, IR, Talent, Engagement and D&I agenda.

You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will also manage, develop and mentor a small HR team.

You will be based in north Manchester and there will be a requirement to travel across a national multi-site as and when required to meet the needs of the role.

Profile

As a regional HR Manager, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the leadership team. As an HR Manager, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business. You will be able to demonstrate commerciality underpinned by understanding the value of people within a business.

You will be equipped with an astute toolkit which will enable you to manage projects within a generalist role; ER, IR, Talent, Engagement, D&I etc.

You must have experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The chosen candidate will be happy to travel as and required with the requirements of the role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is established within a HR Manager role OR in an operational HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor / HR Advisor role (with experience of people management) looking for a step-up in responsibility.

Job Offer

This role will pay £35,000 to 40,000 per annum (dependent on experience). You will also receive a performance related bonus, along with a suite of benefits.
