A rare opportunity has arisen to join a leading National Social Enterprise as their Partnership Manager. As Partnership Manager you will be responsible for supporting a supply chain to ensure the quality, compliance and project delivery is achieved across the partnership. Based from the Bournemouth office, you will be required to travel regularly to other sites throughout Dorset.

Reporting directly into the Contract Manager, you will be providing leadership to the function to ensure that all participant / partner and stakeholder needs are met. In addition, you will be ensuring all performance measures and all necessary interventions with partners and stakeholders are carried out as well as supporting with the initial engagement and roll out of the project across Dorset.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
· Act as a conduit between the organisation and partners to ensure best practice is being shared
· Build and maintain strong relationships with all partners
· Track, analyse ad improve provider performance in participant recruitment, project preparation and project delivery
· Build and maintain purposeful and constructive relationships with stakeholders to maximise referrals and therefore income and protect and enhance the organisations reputation and brand
· Maintain a working knowledge of local provision including the local colleges, their outreach provisions and other similar projects
· Work with partners measuring success against the agreed SLA's
· Have an extensive understanding of the various support functions required to ensure a successful Partnership launch and delivery; and develop methods to integrate processes with partners and specialists
· Use reporting systems to generate accurate records, identify issues and take appropriate action

This role would be well suited to an individual with previous experience of working with partners who deliver services to adults within a worklessness environment. Excellent IT and communications skills are essential as is an analytical approach and a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £30,000 alongside a range of additional benefits.
