In a few words:
Join this programme and, whichever manufacturing site you're assigned to (and you'll see at least two on the programme) you'll become a vital part of the engineering function. You'll stay focused on the engineering processes and people - learning how to keep and develop our standards under the Kerry Asset Management System (we call it KAMS). With 6 monthly rotations you will get to understand the breadth of engineering.
Get ready to:
Take on a lot of responsibility for your work, your site and others. You'll find improving the engineering and production processes around you at the same time as you're learning about them. You'll also work with a wide range of people on an equally wide range of functional and process projects.

A determined and methodical approach is important too, as is the flexibility to turn your hand to any challenge that comes your way. It'll also help if you like working with people, as you'll be manging them very early on in your career - with our support, of course.
You'll Be Based:
You will have a number of rotations within our sites throughout UK and Ireland- so mobility is really key!
