Our team is responsible for all online touch points from home delivery and Click+Collect to customers shopping in store. We know our customers want to be able to shop and engage from any device with a simple, stress-free, quick and easy shopping experience. We lead the way with online shopping for customers. We're always looking to improve our customers' experience and want to offer the best service in the market.
Discovering customer trends are important and helps us to engage with our customers in new and different ways.
Our teams work in collaboration to support each area to help maximise our online opportunities, while working with analytics and technology to create the best experience for our customers. On our ten week programme you will gain a great understanding of the industry and have the chance to make a real impact on our business.
What you will be doing
As you get stuck into your ten week placement within one of our teams, you will learn about multiple parts of the business. Whether it's working with our Technology teams on our online customer experience, helping to improve our home delivery offer or managing the day to day editorial and content on our sites. It will be a project led internship with great opportunities to network, learn and experience across our online business.
What we are looking for
If you're curious and like solving problems then this is definitely the programme for you. You will need the ability to think critically, work as part of a team and use logic and creative thinking to help improve our service for customers.
