What can you expect?

This 12-month placement gives you access to a whole range of business critical projects across our various business sectors; by the time you return to your studies you will have gained a real breadth of industry-ready skills with one of the world's biggest FMCG companies. You will provide essential analytical support in one of the teams outlined below according to your skillset.

Join us and you will undertake one of the following placements for the duration of the scheme:
  • Ensuring Supply: You will be responsible for supporting Technical, Production & Supply Chain Operations with the systems and processes they use throughout the UK&I. You will work closely with the business to deliver projects and solutions across all categories of our business in a variety of functional areas.
  • Finance: You will provide support for all aspects of finance including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, factory costing, tax and treasury as well as export and intermarket supply activities; giving you the chance to understand what makes a business tick and play an active part in keeping the business moving.
  • Commercial Support: You will be responsible for supporting SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - working specifically with the teams responsible for selling our products and developing and promoting our Brands. You will have a crucial role of supporting the day-to-day Commercial activities in the business and ensuring they run smoothly - requiring you to liaise with colleagues in other markets.

You will be in your penultimate year of university and excited about a potential career in a fast-paced, diverse FMCG. We expect you to be as motivated to achieve results as any of our permanent team members providing valuable analytical, customer service and implementation skills.
