Learning & Development Manager

Working in a small but supportive team you will ideally have a training or teaching qualification. You will also need to have loads of enthusiasm and demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to working.
You will have experience of managing a learning and development function including budgetary control and developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures within a complex organisation.
