We currently have a new vacancy for:
Lecturer / Assessor in Plumbing 0.7 (Multi-site)
Salary range: £24,452 - £36,890 pro rata per annum
We are looking for a driven and committed individual who can actively contribute to the College's vision of being outstanding in all that we do. The successful candidate will be qualified up to Level 3 with an industry specific qualification. You will be teacher trained or be working towards. You will be responsible for the training and assessment of learners up to Level 3, in the workplace and at our Ellesmere Port and Crewe campuses.
You will have industry relevant qualifications to a minimum of a level 3 (City and Guilds/NVQ or equivalent) with a good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent Math and English) and a current assessing qualification (TAQA/A1 or equivalent). This role will involve teaching at Crewe campus approximately 1 day per week and assessing apprentices in the workplace approximately 2 days per week.
Assessing in the workplace will require travel across multiple sites and therefore a full current driving licence, use of a car and insurance for business purposes are essential to this role.
