We are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join our professional and friendly team. You will be the face of Aetna and first point of contact for our members ensuring they receive memorable customer service and an understanding of their needs.
This is a busy and often fast-paced role, which will see you responding to customer requests and supporting customers with the administration of their insurance plans ensuring our members get the healthcare they need at any time of the day or night.

* Outstanding communication skills across both telephone and email channels
